Company History continued...

In 1989, Rod Friese joined AP as a painter. During this period two dramatic events took place, Goodrich Aerospace, now Aviation Technical Services, Inc., purchased Tramco Industries, and Rod Friese purchased AP from the founding partners.

AP relocated to Paine Field in Everett, Washington and took over the operations in bay #4 paint hanger for the painting of all aircraft. AP maintained and built upon a long-term relationship with Goodrich while at the same time developed a paint facilities in several locations in the United States. Over the years, AP has worked with Matrix Aeronautical, Avtel Services, Aviation Management Systems (AMS in Arizona), Timco Aviation in Arizona, and Dee Howard Aircraft Maintenance in Texas. Currently, AP has locations in Everett, WA, Goodyear, AZ, and in Oklahoma City, OK.
